Take people's blood pressure/ heart rate, stand on your head and watch all the blood rush to it, hold your arm till the veins pop out so they can see them....

That depends on how much information you have about the circulatory system. If you have very basic information, which I assume you have, then the presentation will be short. You need to get into specifics. I would explain where the blood goes and then explain what happens within that area. For example, explain when the blood reaches the lungs and how oxygen transfuses through the aveoli and into the heme group of the red blood cell. Explain in detail what happens within that section. That alone could take about 5 minutes. Maybe also explain the structure of red blood cell and how it is made. There are many topics that you can talk about. All of the information on the circulatory system cannot be explained in 5 minutes, let alone 20 minutes.

well you could add info. But you could ask for volunteers and have them come up and each act out a portion of the system (someone being the heart, someone being RBC, etc) and you can act as teh blood and move through and around them. You can have a blue and red hat or something that you change with the level of oxygenation in the blood.

have everyone in the class stand up and be blood cells... tell them that the classroom door is a wound... now have them pile by the door to form a blood clot and stop the bleeding... show them how this prevents infection from entering the body (or a person from entering the room)... also, have a powerpoint or large scale diagram of the way the blood runs through the body... from the periphery to the heart, to the lungs, to the heart, then to the body again!

Speak extremly slow and give examples (very detailed examples) Then pause every once in a while and ask it there are any questions. Try to play it off cool! Might work!

you could use charts or even include information about how different organisms' systems work, like insects, or compare the different hearts of say reptiles and mammals. it is very interesting yet it still relates to your topic.
