I need to know. I need to take it & if the flavored kind has even the slightest & I mean even the slightest most mildest flavor of liver, I will throw up. The flavor of liver is on the par with torture & maybe even death. :D

I used to take the cherry flavored kind; it's usually sold in health food stores and is Norwegian cod liver oil--the best. You can defiintely taste the fishy part. I would hold my nose, hypnotize myself and pretend I was gulping down so cherry coke.

Eeewww. Why cod liver oil? It is known to have toxins, and is not the most efficient source of Omega-3's.

I take a really good fish oil - made in FDA approved facility, and is pharmaceutical grade. It is a softgel, and my friend can't take pills, so she justs bites the tip and sucks out the oil - she says it tastes like nothing at all. I take the whole softgel, and I have found that it has a lemon aftertaste if any. It has NO fish taste, and I have tasted enough fish oil to appreciate this!
