I have to assume that you are asking if it is a good deal to buy the mobile home?

It depends. Is it rented now? if not, why not?
What type of shape is it in?
Does it need repairs?
How much rent can you get for it? How much per month will you have to pay? If you get more back than you pay in total then go for it.

Mobile homes can be great rental properties. They're inexpensive to buy, so you'll be "in the black" in just a few years. The one drawback to buying one in a park is that there will be a monthly "lot rent" fee charged by the owner of the park, unless the whole park is subdivided and lots are owned outright. For a rental, or a personal residence, I'd look for a land/home deal, and save yourself the hundred or more a month in lot rent.
