download them
search google for SUPER(converting software), download it
search downloads.com ofr a dvd burner
get a blank DVD & follow inttructions on the DVD burnoing program

Use this free site to convert the .flv files to ones compatible with the burning software you have.

In the case of Windows Media Player or Movie Maker that would be a .wmv file.

then burn using nero
