i got a ticket for my tints and im gonna get them removed, but im just going to get them tinted again afterwards and was wondering if there are significant penalities the second time i get caught w/them. and i know its illegal but i want them on.

Car tints and their respective penalties vary by state, the county and by local law providence in the U.S.A.. If you're going to have the old tint removed because of legal problems, then fine and dandy. BUT!!! Re-applying another tint to your car after an infraction with the law may give you a stiffer ticket and even court time too. Ask a lawyer first BEFORE re-applying the tint.

Just ask the tint specialist to go as dark as he can within legal limits. And don't tint the front windows. If you got a ticket and are getting the tint removed, why go to the expense of doing it all over again??? Doesn't make any sense to me...
