The x300 SE is an entry level card that compares w/ the Geforce 6200. They both share w/ system RAM. 7300LE is slightly better. 7300GS is faster and 7300GT ddr3 is really fast for a budget card.

The GeForce7300 is the better one.

Performance wise, the ATI X300 should be similar to a GeForce 6300 in performance.
