Lets say I earned two weeks paid vacation time starting June 1st, If I quit on June 2nd, should I still get paid for those 2 weeks that I earned...legally?

It depends on how your company works the vacation time. Most companies have you earning a certain number of hours per month, so you'd only be paid for those hours earned for the year.

I would say that if you earned the vacation on June 1, not just started on June 1 that you should get the vacation.

No... most employers require you to be on at least 3 months probation period before you are required to have vacation days, ,sick days,,, 401k contribution..and so forth.
