I expect it was left packed away from his family's move over from Germany a while ago. When they came over they changed their name and uniform, that's all.

No, no bad example. I don't know where he got it but I heard a rumor that he has a closet full of them. Either he gets someone to make them or he gets the suits from a high end costume shop. That's my guess.
