what is there to expect from a spa visit?

tell me about the nails toes, facials makeup massages give me as much advice as you can please, because I am going to a spa( my 1st time) for my 13 b-day i dont know what treatment s i should get since im 13 what treatments would i most enjoy?

i would probably go for either manicure or pedicure or both, depending on how much you are talking about. Both could run anywhere from $50 - 80 depending on the spa here in the Napa Valley.

If you are getting pedicure, be sure you wear flip flops or other sandals that don't touch your toes.

As far as what happens, they remove your polish if you are wearing any, trim and shape nails as needed, push back cuticles, sometimes depending on the place, you could have foot and/or hand massage, then polish of your choice. This is not including getting acrylics or other fake nails applied. Natural nails only.

If I were 13, I don't know that I would really like any other spa thing, except maybe a facial. but I have never had one so can't comment.

And a massage, depending on the type, you may have to strip down to just your underwear or nothing. And for me, at the age of 13, I would have been way to embarassed or self conscious for that.
