My computer usually tells me when there's an update but I haven't gotten any in a couple months. Just want to check cause I had a lot of updates a few months ago and now, none. When was the last time you guys had an update reminder?

Wait so did I accidently turn it (the reminder) off? It use to notify me, why not anymore? Any idea on how to make it so it reminds me, again? Thanks.

well it doesn't remind you anymore because you turned it off. as to how to get it up again, go to control panel, automatic updates. "security center" if you're in the category view.

Microsoft rolls out security patches the second Tuesday of every month. The last ones were issued May 8th.

Perhaps you have your computer set up to download and install updates automatically? Go to Control Panel, Automatic Updates and review your settings.

Just run the program, or go to this link and it will tell you....

Usally they come out around the 15TH of each month unless there is a serious Critical, update,or patch, then they do it right away,, did you know it cost a lot of money to update a critical PATCH for Windows Operating systems?

You did NOT tell us your Operating System.. is itDOS 2.0, or win3.1 or Vista Professional? Prbably XP Home or Pro ...Im guessing..... either way this answer will work...

Yep, it all true!
