First of all, it's Betta not Beta.

Why are you moving him from tank to tank so much?

He is probably very stresses because of that...

I have to agree with bubbles on this one, why are you putting him into a small tank and removing him from the larger one? Stress coat is not going to fix the stress problem of moving a fish on a constant basis.

If it is a cleaning issue, only 25% of your water should be changed at one time anyway not the entire tank and the fish should not be removed.

Moving your fish so much constantly stresses the fish. This is not good for his health and should be limited. Chances are the biofilter has to keep starting over if you are emptying the entire tank and bowl.

Well, do you switch him in the tank to the other tank all the time? If yes, then I think he is just stressed about being moved from space to space. I would try changing it. Just leave him alone in the big tank.

maybe he just likes having the extra space. I always had trouble getting my beta to eat because he wouldn't notice when i would drop the food in. I had to point to it for a while and wiggle my finger around for him to realize that there was food there lol. Maybe it's easier to find the food in the bigger tank?

I would suggest the water parameters in the two aquariums differ/differed slightly, one would imagine after the first switch it was put off feeding and ultimately you've conditioned the fish not to feed in the smaller tank.
