my friend and I have to design a newspaper that we think could have been like the ones out during World War 1. The thing is, I dont know what else to put other than the main articles. Did they have comics? what about horoscopes and all that stuff? Would they have ads for like toys and stuff? What all did they have in their newspapers? what about classifieds?

Yes to the comics, no to the horoscopes. They did have classifieds, and lots of advertising, but in that era, advertising never went on the front page. There weren't a lot of illustrations, either, just column after column of type.
There were no tv schedules either.

in particular warfare information and propoganda that supported the warfare. the information would continuously be somewhat tweaked to make the thoughts sound like the warfare became into going properly. There would've additionally been classified ads for warfare bonds and for asking human beings to enlist.

Try finding the "Star and Stripes" newsletter on line. They still exist today!
