used an elastic band....tied round your tongue,...tied onto a heavy padlock...to stop yourself from swallowing your tongue?
while you go to sleep?

yesssssss.....you can swallow your tongue.....holding onto it with thumb and forefinger is not enough.....
more heavy equipment required...any more ideas anyone?

There just might be other things you can swallow besides your tongue and yes you can do it in your sleep without a band and padlock on your tongue.....Let your tongue loose 2 do what it does best.....roam perhaps?
