There;s just a bunch of it and glue doesn't stick to glue.

because there is no air in the bottle. glue needs air, to start the chemical reaction, which starts the drying process. you question is an old one, and one I think we had in 6th grade science class.

Hmm ...that's a good question. Maybe they treat the inside with something so it won't stick to it.
