Unless the person being bitten is allergetic, their bite is like a bee sting, hurts for a while then goes away. They are beneficial in that they eat vectors such as baby roaches. They are for the most part docile, not easy to get them angry enough to attack but a kid playing with them might do it. Unless you have had bites in the past, I would just leave them alone. If people are being bitten, fighting a chemical war is the only way I know of.

First off, if you have them in your yard, you have them in your house. Make sure you invert and shake your shoes before you put them on. Unfortunately, the few predators that can eat them without getting sick are wasps, so that's a no go. i would suggest hedge apples. Hedge Apples keep away spiders and most insects. They are odorless. They are about the size of a grapefruit and are light green/yellow in color. Keep this in a basement or in corners of your house. Do not let your pets eat this, this will cause them to become very sick. Otherwise this is the best method of getting rid of insects. Try doing a serch of Hedge apples to find out where you can get them. Usually they are found on Nature Trails. Some people even have them planted in there own back yard.

First you must consider that a Black Widow spiders bite contains a neuro-toxin, which affects the central nervous system. Having said that, Demon-WP, found at your local Tractor Supply, is highly effective against all types of creepy crawlies, including Ms. Widow, and is safe for pets, and children once it is dry. Follow the instructions on the packet, and use a pump up sprayer.

They're one of the few spiders that actually like each other, LOL. They'll build a big communal web with a dozen or more adult females in the same web. When I get tired of them, I use a stick -- poke around a spider, and usually they'll curl up and fall to the ground. Then poke the spider to smash it.

black widows only like dark places, sounds like you have too many places in your yard for them too hide. they will get into toys, under wood, you need to keep your yard clean and keep things put away. I have found them in my house behind a door that i never close. yeah, they will get everywhere.
