Since I have been called everything from a "puke" to a "dried up old c__t" lately, I think that "shriller" might be just shy of NOT NEARLY STRONG ENOUGH for what I've been reading. Very few of them seem to want real political discourse, and very few seem to have any facts to back up their answers. If they are tired of hearing "Bush is wrong", they have no idea how tired I am of hearing, "Bush is the best...."etc!

Newsweek's cover asked if Bush is "delusional". Sounds kind of like disintegration to me. Or maybe they will just all distance themselves as far as they can from ol' pres--like all of the possible candidates did in the recent debate.

For the most part, the only people I have seen trashing people on here are Repubs and they are quoting propaganda, and most of the time with no references at all.

I think they are scared that they will lose the election because most of our country is fed up with Bush.

They certainly are pulling out all the stops to bash people who are not in support of their candidates. Why would they put so much effort into it if they were so sure they are going to win?

I try not to bash anybody if i can help it, but when they are spewing vile stuff that is totally untrue, then sometimes I get a little irritated because I'm tired of that slash and burn sort of politics-it's time for a bipartisan country, so that we can come to a middle ground instead of bickering all the time.

I believe most people are in the middle in this country, but the media and some party members on either side make it seem as if there is no middle: that you are either for or against us.

I vote based on who I think will do the best job, regardless of party-though I do lean libertarian.

Is there anyone shriller than those great Americans like Michael Moore, Al Frankin, David Letterman, Jane Fonda, Barbra Streisand, Alec Baldwin and Al Sharpton?

You do have a fantastic imagination!
