Apparently you are sitting in front of a computer with internet access--you might not have heard this, but the internet places an enormous amount of information at your fingertips within a split second (2 seconds if you have dial-up). So why are you asking other people to do your homework for you? how are you going to learn anything? there's this website called Google which makes it even easier to navigate the internet--perhaps you've heard of Google? (apologies to Yahoo which is great also). I used Google to find the following cases that relied on the Civil Rights Act of 1964--
Gratz v. Bollinger, 539 U.S. 244 (2003)
Grutter v. Bollinger, 539 U.S. 306 (2003)
Regents of the University of California v. Bakke, 438 U.S. 265 (1978)
