scalene means all the angles are different so if all the angle of the right angled triangle you are talking about has all different angles then is scalene, even if it is right angled as well.

Yes. A scalene triangle is one with three unequal sides and angles so if it was a right triangle one angle would be 90 degrees and the other two angle measures would not equal each other but would add up to 90 since a triangle is 180 degrees.
