No, a doctor can not tell if you masturbate by the sonogram. What is more, I doubt she or he cares if you do. Your mom probably already know that you do. (Don't you think she knows why you are in your room so much or why you wanted the massaging shower head?) The truth is, most people just assume that others do. It doesn't matter. Why would she care? I bet she does.

Now, that being said, if a doctor looks at your vulva, she might (although extremely unlikely) be able to tell that you have had sexual activity (masturbation or sex) if it is very sore, raw, etc, but that doesn't mean she knows. Especially if you are like most 15 y/0 girls, you just do it on the exterior part of your genitals, so don't worry about it.

It won't tell if you masturbate dear. A pelvic sonogram will only show you the anatomy but it can't possibly tell you what entered there (it could be anything!)

Your secret is safe from the machine, but it isn't from your doctor or your mom. They've both been there, done that--and still do! Everyone masturbates, whether they admit it or not.

Yeah, I know, EWWWWW!

There's no way any physical test can tell if you masturbate.

nothing can show that. It only shows your insides to make sure everything is correct. Don't worry
