Is this a good or bad time to buy a home in Los Angeles?

If you have money it is a buyers market.......there are so many foreclosures right now, and sales have slowed down pretty much everywhere including LA. Since they can't sell their homes, most sellers have taken the price of their homes down.

It's a good time to buy a home anywhere.

Buy when everyone is selling and few are buying. That time is coming soon in L.A.
