Not so much adult seagulls. But they nest on the ground.
If they nest on an island they are safe. But if they nest on the beach, racoons, skunks, foxes, and other animals will eat the eggs or the chicks before they can fly.
Also owls will eat the young chicks at night if they are left exposed.

Polar bears, wolves, wolverines, foxes, dogs, humans, and sharks have been known to attack the bird. Raccoons and rats feast on eggs if they can reach them.
If the gull is sick or wounded, it may find itself menaced by seals or sea lions but usually other gulls kill it before then.
The #1 predator of seagulls: other seagulls.

If a seagull got close enough while flying over water, a large fish could make it it's meal. Alligators and crocodiles eat them too.

seagulls are typically scavengers, but they can be prey to other birds ( hawks, etc.). they also hunt for small fish and marine life so they can also be called a predator. i would list them as a scavenger first though.
