I consider myself to be fiscally liberal and ethically Republican (making me hated by 99% of the country, I know, I know).

Is there a party for me somewhere? What's it called?

You may be a Neo-Con. Neo-Cons are extremely fiscally liberal, as they have expanded the Federal government greatly and run up the largest debt in US history. All this after taking over from a Democrat who had a budget surplus.

Neo-Cons are NOT, however, Conservatives. Different thing alltogether. Conservatives understand economics.

It depends on where you fall on the political spectrum ON AVERAGE. If you're moderate but lean right, they're called RINOs. (Republican In Name Only)

If you're moderate, but lean left, they don't have a name for it, but an argument could be made for creating the word DINO (Democrat In Name Only).

As for a party, I can't help you there. Maybe you could start your own.

No, not Rudy...he is absolutly the opposite. He is fiscally (somewhat) conservative, and has no morals.

As for you...I do not think that you fit in anywhere...why the hell would anyone be fiscally liberal?
