I checked into someone's email and i may be in trouble. When I checked in it said the name of one of his contacts (no one I need 2 b alarmed about) and that they were online. Now i am afraid I will be busted My questions are did the other person know he was suppossed online and what do I say if asked about it?

just keep calm and act as if nothing ever happened. then hopefully your gyilt will just fly by and you'll forget about it completely and your life will go on. Believe me when i say it's not good to check other peoples email unless they tell you to. i have done the same thing and i got in BIG trouble. but im still alive arent i? its better to stay out of other peoples email and private buisness. good luck!!!!!
p.s. another way to solve your problem is to come clean about it and tell the truth. say you'll never do it again. that the best thing to do. tell them if you ever do it again you'll give them your password (or whatever information you got of thier's ) and then they can look at some of your e-mails!

anyway the probably would just change thier password if they found out what you did. that way it would never happen again!

The only way they will see that you were on it was if they happen to be looking at their address book during the (from what you said seems like) brief time you were logged in. If asked about it, just say the computer auto-logged you in becuase the cookies were still there from the last session.

As u got about the persons that are online, similarly if they refreshed their page during that duration, they will also come to know about your presence on the mail. So u can just pray that they had not refreshed their pages.

Just make up a story saying you were chatting with... ur brother.. at the same time frame, so it would have been impossible for you to have logged in as him if you were on your own account.
