Yesterday my girl friend and i had sex together and today she was feeling sick. Her head, throat (nothing oral), and stomach were hurting her and i'm wondering if it was from the sex or is she just getting a cold.

Her symptoms definitely sound like cold symptoms & not sex symptoms. :)
It's just a coincident.

Shes getting a cold or its her period. Relax, pregnancy signs won't appear the day after sex. More like 2 weeks.

If you didn't wear a condom she could be alergic to your man juice.
But in more likley hood she either caught a bug there you didn't get or she just going through pms!
