It certainly sounds like your pms-ing. I would keep a journal & keep track when you cycle & list all your symptoms, this would give you a better idea when you will next start menstruating. Have you always been irregular?
It would help eating good nutritious foods, drink lots of water (cut back on sodas, they have caffeine), exercise regularly & talk to your doctor if you're thinking of trying any kind of vitamins or supplements.
On the other hand, taking calcium pills may reduce symptoms of water retention, cramps and back pain.

PMSing is usually emotional. Mood swings, meaner then usual, etc.

How old are you? Your periods will be irregular until your 20s.

Perhaps your breasts are growing as for the weird feeling?

Everything sounds pretty normal, so I'd say you don't have anything to worry about.

If you do think something is wrong, though, try talking to a docter just to make sure.

Sounds like pms to me... when i first started i used to have my period every 2.5 to 3 weeks... now my body has sorted itself out and im up to 3.5 weeks, yay! my pms symptoms also include ravenous, insatiable hunger pangs and they start about a week, week and a half before my period finally comes. what i found tho is if i took a multivitamin, for the time before my period, my pms was less severe (including the acne, yay! ) Make sure the multi has in calcium and magnesium 100%... happy period :)

Its possible but most teenagers just go through phases where there hormones go wacked and can experience these kind of symptems with no period.
