makes my yard and flower beds look terrible. any ideas on the possible causes and solutions would be apprieciated

Well if your maple trees are loosing there leaves in the summer, there is something wrong with them. I have many maples and they only loose their leaves in the fall. If it's bugging you too much, get rid of thoes trees and maybee get some new ones. good luck.

Deciduous trees lose leaves throughout the year. there really is no way to fix it, so get used to raking all year long. However, if the tree gets naked before other maple trees in your area. You could be on a basic patch of soil, and maples need acidic soil to thrive. There isn't much you can do to fix it, considering the tree is already grown...

mix and pour some of this at the base of the trees! it's bugs and worms causing the leaves to drop! use this stuff and it'll solve the problem! follow the link below and the product can be found at ur local walmart! one application works all year.. a plus!
