No, its mother country that teaches America restraint. Britiain and American play good cop, and bad cop role perfect. The reason we started dealing with the British more than the French in early times the French wanted to cut us out of making money the way British thaught us. Great Britian not a state its a country, and they same lobby groups both sides of the pond palm greasing politcans. Still, both countries play the police dept of the world.

Absolutely! Gordon Brown's people are already talking to Democratic and Republican operatives in this country, and the big "conversion" shall come once the shrub is out of office. Check your Bush Backwards digital countdown key-chains for up to the minute news on British incorporation. They simply can't stomach surrendering an ounce of sovereignty to such mediocre to incompetent leadership, but they of course unanimously concede that Blair was spineless and thereby conceded what little they had left in this ceremonial relationship. Gotta keep that stiff upper lip and admit the worst. They will be one of the highest quality of life states in the new British/American union, far outranking the shrub's miserable state.

No, it's just that our government sucks up so much you'd think it was.
How do I know it's not the 51st State? Well, when loads of kids get killed by a gunman in schools in this country, we tighten controls on guns.
In America loads of kids get killed in school by other kids with guns and no new laws come in, but Charlton Heston and the rest of the NRA will pop round for a nice little 'aren't guns great' conference.
And for once get it right. It's not England. It's Britain. England's just part of the whole.

i hope not.
the more we take sides with the US the more likely we will become the Second most hated country in the world.
america have no idea how to say no to israel, do we really want to take sides with that sorry god-forsaken saga?
i really hope we don't become mini-america,
that would be the worse than becoming any more affiliated with the EU!
they're both as equally corrupt!

Ah.
The old ones are the best.
And since most Americans don't even know where Europe is let's keep it that way.
