When I graduated Pharmacy school, I was the one buying presents for people.....not the other way around. She's probably getting offers that include sign-on bonuses. Where I live these are in the 30K range.

Money is always a good gift. I know it's not really personal, but all grads can use a little cash. Then she can combine it with the cash she gets from everyone else and buy what she really wants. A few other ideas include a digital camera, a weekend get-away, a gift card to her favorite store, a cool piece of artwork like a painting or something, etc.

i think you can give them oil painting from their photo means turn their photo in oil painting it will create nice impression on them.

There is a catalog, I forgot its name, which sells all sorts of pharmacy stuff, like fancy mortar and pestles.

Some really good shoes since she will probably be standing all day long would be my top suggestion.
