I would like to know without further ridicule from some and from people who would know, what does a constant cold spot on part of your body mean? I know it can be associated with spirit presence but if this is the case why the one spot? It feels like a wet patch coming into contact with your skin although I have changed my clothes and bathed quite a few times in the last two days, I have a constant sensation of coldness about the size of a box of matches coming from the outside in just above my right knee. I have had a few night time disturbances whilst sleeping lately and also tonight I saw a heavy door curtain flop about as if someone/air disturbance moved it. Any answers from people with knowledge of such things would be greatly appreciated. I am not scared by this just perplexed and wanting to know what or who is trying to get mey attention. Many thanks. There are other things that have occured, one being quite serious about five months ago. Will give further detail if required TY.

There's something there. As to what, not sure, and maybe best not to know. There are a few things you can try, starting with casting a psychic shield around yourself. This is done simply by imagining a ball of white light surrounding you. Sounds too simple, but you have to maintain your concentration on it. This will ward off most negative entities, although if it is well attached you may need to do more.
Cleansing your home (spiritually) may be a good idea, as would be checking into feng shui, it may be a blockage of energies, rather than an entity.

Is it truly a physical sensation-apply a hot washcloth to it & see if a "different" part of that spot still feels cold while physically feeling warmed by the cloth. Do you have a relative who had been injured in that place who is now dead? Perhaps a family member knows about this & you do not, it was before you were born, ask. Carefully evaluate your feelings to judge whether it's hostile or trying to get your attention without intending harm, I've put the link 1st for you to quickly scan thru.

In all likelihood you have some slight inflammation in the area, causing it to heat up, but causing the skin to be more sensitive to the cold. When such unusual sensations occur, and once the idea of the supernatural occurs to them (or any association, such as the idea of "bleeding" people to cure them), the tendency is to only notice when your idea is supported, not when it is shown to be likely to be wrong.
You notice the unusual things. Ignore them when not prompted by such things as a sensation in your body.
Kind of like the would-be psychic behavior when people notice they always seem to know who is calling on the phone, but once they actually track it on paper, or if someone else does, they realize they were only noticing the times they were right, not the time they were wrong.

More details please, if not a medical condition, ie bad circulation, injury etc then, 1st consideration, a common link between you and the other physically, a spot where they touched you and left a mark which will fade, there energy in this world does not last without being in them. This spot may be where they touched you whilst focusing, which takes a lot out of them, after that they weaken slightly and could pass over you and not leave any more feeling.

omg i was just talking about this to my boyfriend, my friend brought a quija board over a few weeks ago, and we played with it, and it's so weird but ever since then ive smelled weird smells through my apt and so has my boyfriend, and ive felt cold spots on my body as well, and even just different cold spots in certain parts of the apartment, and this is a knew apt it's not like some old place with drafts ya know? my sister recently comitted suicide,"sucked" really bad, but she smoked and i dont smoke and live alone and sometimes i smell cigarettes out of no-where it's weird also my mother and my other sister we have all experienced a strong smell of roses at different times, once when my sister and i were together it was so strong and so freaky we both just started crying, it was just overwhelming, comforting but weird to, i think you should try to contact the spirit in your house, try the quija board it told me it was here but it said it was not my sister,,,,,just a thought

I have an open mind to spirital type things, but perhaps you should talk to your doctor first, before chalking it up to a supernatural presence.
It sounds a bit like a condition called 'neuropathy', although neuropathy usually shows more as a numb spot than coldness. But it is often seen on the legs, arms and fingers.

Have you actually asked out loud for the spirit to make itself known to you? This could come in the form of a dream, as you don't seem to be too receptive to spirit. You could go to your local spiritualist church, sit in on the service, you may be contacted that way. If not try to have a word with them afterwards and explain what has happened. Good luck

It deffinetly sounds like something Paranormal.
However like some of the other answers stated, I DON'T think that it's something evil. It could be something (or someone) that is or could have been quite close to you. I wouldn't say it's much to worry about, but if any more serious occurences were to happen perhaps you should call in a priest to bless your house...
Being a strong believer in the paranormal i would love to hear about the other things that you have experianced.

hey try this tell them to go away and or if ur realy scared put a salt ring i has to be a full ring it has to conncet to be a full squarl . other wise it dont work . and if u still think that u not safe put a cross on and wear it to bed and if ur still scared go and find a christan priset or wiccan priestes to come and clean ur house or any or religon that ur in . then ask them to protcet ur house an seal off any and all protals that there are if there is any . then on top of that get some sage and brun it put the smoke all over ur house in every one every corner everywere sage cleans the house .also but a dream caugther abover ur bed if there bugging ur dreams . or if u realy want to far go find a whiteligther to do ur house . just tell them that theres people bugging u and they ll know wat to do .

Hi - i am afraid i can't help with the "cold spot" on your leg - it may be something physical and not paranormal... but it seems you feel there is something going on around you and i doubt you to be wrong. i think that you are right, someone is trying to get your attention & you know who this is... maybe this person had a knee problem in life?
often just to acknowledge them and the activity may stop.
