I hate to say the same thing everyone else says, but I have to go with the Colts, no question.
Titans may have played well the 2nd half of last season, but half a season doesn't make a winner.
Vince Young was scrambling and making things happen. But the running game is weak and their receivers are extremely average.
Travis Henry and Chris Brown are gone, and if Lendale White is going to be their running game, they are in a heap of trouble.
Since your question just involves the Titans and the Colts, I'll just leave it at that.

I'm not too sure. The Colts have come off of a Super Bowl win, and will probably want another one just as fast, and may play just as hard...or they'll slack off and become some of the worst teams in the NFL. It seems like a curse, you win a Super Bowl, and years later you suck, being an exception to the Patriots, they're always good for some dang reason. Look at the Cowboys, 49ers, and the Dolphins, they used to be good in the good old days, now they suck...Super Bowls hurt a team for some reason, which is why it's real possible that Tennessee can go to the playoffs this year, either as a wildcard or just having enough games one. Vince Young will be hard to stop, he has alreay proved that he can still run even though he's in the NFL, he's a smart player too, and he can throw the ball better than ever, look for a very good season for him too. But will Peyton live up to the hype, is another Super Bowl at his feet? He can do it again if he wants to, heck the Bills went to the Super Bowl four times in a row, but they won none of them. Maybe the Colts will be the first to go four times in a row and win each one of them. Let's see if they can get past a couple of other teams first. The Titans are one of them, along with Miami, the Pats, Jets, Bengals, Ravens, and Chargers. Many teams can win it this year, so let's see what will happen.
But between the Colts and the Titans, even though I am a Titan fan, I'll go with the Colts on this one.

The Indianapolis Colts are still the team to beat in that division simply because they have more talent then everybody else with the exception of the Jacksonville Jaguars. While the Tennessee Titans have an up and coming team they didn't do a whole lot to improve themselves this off season at all. If anything they lost a couple of wide receivers in the offseason and cornerback Adam Pacman Jones for the whole year due to his suspension from Roger Goodell..

This is a joke right? The Colts and the Jaguars will both finish 11-5, and the Jaguars will take the division due to 2 wins against the Colts. The Titans wont even make the playoffs, and wont beat the Colts at all.

im a colts fan 2 and im pretty sure they are going to win their division but i might be wrong because we lost some of our key players on defense. the tiatans did play good football w/ vince young but i still think the colts will win the division.
when they play each other i think the titans will win one and the colts will win one to. if they both do good enough they will both get into the playoffs

I think the Colts will win hands down. The titans should have a great year though.

Defending SB Champs vs. Team That Didn't Make The Playoffs?
Gotta go with the Colts, especially since they are still very strong.
They might split during the regular season, but Colts will take the division.

Vince Young lost most of his weapons so I'm picking the Colts to win both times and win the division.
