Depends on whether you subscribe to creationist or evolutionist theory.
Creationists believe all mankind descended from Adam and Eve (I've never quite understood that logic as they had 2 sons and no daughters - and one son killed the other!). Whereas evolution is the scientific explanation for the origin of mankind.
Some branches of Christianity (and possibly other religions?) now also promote the theory of "intelligent design" which basically is the idea that evolution did occur, but it was all part of God's grand plan.
So take your pick... or, come up with your own idea about how it all happened!

The bones of the earliest bipedal hominids date back about 200,000 years.
Adam and Eve are fictional characters in a book. If you assume the book is fact, they would be about 5,000 to 6,000 years old.
The cave man walked the Earth long before Adam and Eve were ever conceived.
Happy reading!!!

the caveman came first the names adam and eve are just names supplied to the first humans before evidence of the caveman was extensively studied and found by europeans or european decendents in north america by them that is it took along time if ever they asked original inhabitantsa what their theories were orif there were any ancient people there at allthen when they did they called one set neanderthals another example is the giving of names by finders of remnants of ancient people such as giving the name lucy to a prehistoric woman this most likely was not her name
