I need a short list [someone who actually knows about it.] + explanation of the major plots to overthrow/kill Queen Elizabeth I.

Point form if possible something like this.

If one considered the marriage of Anne Bolyn to be invalid, Elizabeth I would have been illegitimate, hence unable to be Queen of England.
Supporters of Mary Queen of Scots took this line and she would have been the next legitimate heir to the English throne (through Margaret Tudor, wife of James IV of Scots).
