Ohio is a state, not a pretty little girl!
I think the idea stinks. Use a more traditional name!

For the sake of your baby girl, don't name her that. Imagine her at school. You know that there is going to be some wise crack that'll make a stupid joke.
Name her a pretty name. Please. If you're looking for some oddball names, take a look at mine :
Veerle
