Showers by a mile.
They invigorate you and are much more hygenic as everything is washed away.
Why would you want to sit in a pool of water contaminated with sweat and dirt that's gradually getting colder and colder?

While I like a bath once in a while, usually I prefer the shower.

I prefer a shower as i have long hair and can't wash it in the bath, but every now and then I love a long soak in the bath with loads of bubbles and a good book. x

Tricky! It depends on my mood. First thing in the morning to help me feel alive and invigorated and ready for action a shower. For relaxation, feeling pampered and comforted a warm bath. To share? Either is good.
