Well actually, there is a controversial "spiritual" issue, wherein people actually believe that vampires exist under the label "psychic vampires".
This term is used to describe people who physically and emotionally drain the energy of people around them (most often unconsciously or without knowing it).

The term vampire is not used, but there is a disease that has the popular symptoms of the vampire. The disease is called porpheria and is an extreme form of anemia which causes extreme sensitivity to the sun, pale complexion, receded gums and a need for protein.

Yes ,The Blood Countess is proof if you bath in and drink blood you are in fact a vampire but there are plenty others that drain your energy without so much as even touching you.

Are you asking about traditional vampires that are immortal, live only on blood, and are destroyed by sunlight, etc.?
NO...they do not exist. Of course there are some people who drink blood but not exclusively, and there are some people who find it very dangerous to be exposed to sunlight, but no one is immortal.

yes because i am one of them.we are not so scary as in the movies. we only drink blood from pigs an chickens.and no garlic can kill us.
