How do I convert the centigrade to fahrenheit so I can tell if it's working properly? Thanks for any help.

Tc = (5/9)*(Tf-32)

F = C * (9/5) + 32

Apart from the conversions, you could just bung it in some boiling water and see if it reads 100 degrees, then cool it and put it in some ice and see if it reads 0 degrees. If it does, it's working....

the same way you convert celcuis because they are like .01 of a degree difference
