There were a few times after a night of beer coupled with hot mexican food that my colon stopped speaking to me for a few days. At one point, late in the night--I thought my colon was moving out. We talked, though, and I promised not to abuse him in that way again...

No, never tried that one. You should try the pills the hospitals make you take, the day before a colonoscopy! I lost 12lbs in a day, and aren't keen to repeat it in a hurry

once I was walking into aisle 3 of my supermarket and slipped on something oily and fell backward and landed on a jar of peanut butter and it got stuck in my colon and I ended up in the emergency room
