consider seriously but with some consideration, lawyers represent their clients and many times do tend to overdramatise situations.
make sure that you do base your decision on the actual evidence heard in court without being too influenced by lawyers tricks.
The judge must have given you some instructions i believe, do follow them.
Being a juror is a very important matter.

what do you mean? anything said in opening and closing statements can be ignored.
the only thing the jury should consider is the answers to the questions that the lawyers asked.
