Look man, no worries. Your weight is fine you are just a thin guy. That is what athletics do to certain people. You aren't anorexic or anything. Look, I was in the same situation you are in. I am only 15, and last year I was 5'3 and 91 pounds. 91 POUNDS!!! I took weight gainer and creatine, and now I am 5'6 and 132 pounds. That stuff puts weight on you fast. You are a lot older than me so you won't have any problems with creatine. Take weight gainer and creatine at the same time and I promise you will have a dramatic weight gain. Trust me.

First off, no Creatine. At All. Ever. There is not even ONE study that says it even does one good thing for you. However, there ARE loads of studies that says it messes with you body in very unhealthy ways. Your probably like "Well if it doesn't work then how come people use it?" Ignorance. We know drinking is bad for you but yet people still do it. No creatine.
Second, hit the weight room. Work out your whole body after doing a 15 jog/bike/eliptical/arc trainer workout. It will increase your mucsle workout later. Then, afterwords go for a jog. Running for long distances builds legs fast. That will help you gain weight. Start out slow at first. Don't go to the weight room and expect to bench 300 lbs. Build up.
