one on nose...
two on cheeks...
two on chin.

Never thought to try and count, but you gave me something to do..........but I can hold a spoon with my mouth , flip it up and catch it on my nose...............took lots of practice..............learned it in High School..............(yeah, I didn't pay much attention in class)
