One of the President's main responsibilities is national security. So he is doing his job. Maybe Congress should focus on domestic issues instead of trying to do the President's job.

Except we are there and simply walking away is not going to be as easy as going in.

No matter who gets elected, none are going to yank the troops out overnight - Even Obama, who has opposed the war from the very beginning has stated as such.

It's much easier to go to war, then it is to end it.

He tried to give Americans the option to privatize part of their Social Security (if they chose to), but the Stalinists stopped all discussion of that. "He's going to privatize Social Security!!" they howled before breaking into tears. That's not accurate though. He tried to give us a CHOICE in choosing what to do with OUR money. The left saw the power of big government slipping from their grasps and cried wolf.

He is a President in title only.. He is worthless as a leader.. There is no self interest involved for him to do anything for the American People or this great Country..There is nothing for him to look forward to financially by doing the right thing for the American People and this Country.. He is lower than a snakes belly.. It will be a long time before I can be proud and celebrate being an American again, thanks to him and his LOUSY Adm..

He tried to fix socialist security, and was not supported by our Congresswhores.

As for other problems, he's thrown money at them - education, medicare prescriptionion drugs, etc. - like he was a Democrat or something.

And since the president can't make Congress do anything, it's hard to see how you expect him to fix anything with Democrats running Congress.

Yes he should, but remember how he got into the WH to begin with. If he wanted to stay, he did the right thing - start a war and keep the darn thing going - at the expense of the families of the troops that were killed or wounded over there!

Well, since you put it that way, maybe it is better that he is bogged down in a quagmire in Iraq. The idea of him fixing anything in America becomes very very scarey as an alternative. He creates more problems, he doesn't fix them.

Bush breaks whatever he touches. I just hope the congress keeps him in complete gridlock until his term is up.
