True. I recently did a little experiment at my college. One day I dressed realy preppy. I straightened my waistlength hair, went crazy with eyeliner, and borrowed mys sister's designer bag and heels. Everyone I saw said hello and held open doors and smiled. The next day I wore my hair kind of frizzy curly, very little makeup, glasses, tenisshoes, and wal-mart clothes. It was like I was invisable! Doors got slammed in my face. No one made eye contact. No one spoke to me! People are so shallow. By just changing the way I looked on the outside, no one cared what was inside.

If you go to the bar with your unattractive friend and you know that she is unattractive( your a very shallow person). You make yourself the center of attention. But if you have a physical deformaty I know that people have to make a big deal out of it. I think that all people are shallow in one way or another we just don't see it that way all the time.
So yes if you see a hot guy or girl you look it's human nature.

Sadly, it is true. The shame of it is that some people who are considered unattractive are more attractive than they are perceived to be. I find that many girls who are considered "nerdy" because of how they dress to be more attractive because they do not dress like a skank. I get viewed as a monster because I wear mostly black and I do not think I am ugly. People just need to get over themselves.

False, I'm pretty sure they get the same amount of attention, but the attractive people probably get good attention.

Very true, i wanted to go out and see for myself. I wanted to make myself look bad and go to the mall and see if theres a difference in the way people will treat me. Its the sad truth but i think there will be a big difference haha

Tom J. is an ***, but sadly attractive people tend to get more attention as others often judge with their eyes rather than their hearts.

Hmmm I think it depends on your personality as pretty can blend in with dulllness and unattractive (Barbara Streisand, Bette Midler) stand out with there personality and talent...if you are the elephant man or weigh 600lbs or a super model or actress you end up on Oprah anyway. lol

I think so, unfortunately. i would like to say that people always look at personality first, but the world is vain. I think it depends, though. If there is a person in the room who attractive, and a person who looks extremely weird, people will probably look at the weird person.

True but sometimes if you are really unattractive people can't help but stare in disgust.
