When I am feeling well, my glass is all the way full. When my health is dragging me down, or I am lost (I just moved to a city that is very confusing to learn,) my glass is draining. But I work to maintain the half or more full attitude because it makes me better in every respect.

Here's a funny comment I read in a "Tumblebugs" game: "The glass is either half empty, or half full, or it's just too big."

I like to think that I look at it as half full.
There's an eternal optimist in me that prefers it that way. However, like most people I have my moments and there are days when I see it half empty until I can find the positive aspect of it, which sometimes takes a little bit of time and thought.

I look at it as an vessel that can hold liquid or marbles. It's a glass.

Honestly, if you can be on the internet and live with any wealth you have probably never known thirst or hunger...so why would you or the any of us here really be that concerned about the contents of the glass?

Ask someone who knows how scarry it is to be with a limited water supply...better yet fill the glass for them. Better yet, let's all do that.

i look at it as both. scientifically, if the glass is half full, then the other half must be empty, then isnt it half full AND half empty? philosophically, even if it is half full, there must be something bad and if its half empty, there should still be something good. like the yin and yang thing!

i was asked this question before and this is my point of view...

it depends on what the final stage is going to be...
if you're filling up a glass... it's half full...
if you're emptying it... it's half empty...

half full of what...???? that matters to me

maybe it is better for everyone and for the glass to be completely empty rather than being half full of "toxic fluid" for example.

if you mean water......I sea it half full.

I feel that it needs to have more than just half, so it's half empty.

well it depends. if im having a shitty day its half empty, good day its half full.

also literally,

if im filling a glass, then its half full, but if im emptying it, then its half empty.
