you know what im talking about....like when someone says busier than a one armed wallpaper hanger or nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs....i have lots and i am from the south so it seems to me that a lot of my northern friends have never heard some of the oneliners that i say and usually i have to repeat it.....they are meant to be humorous.....do you have a favorite or most used?....what is it?

OMG...I have always wanted to put together a book on these one liners and old wives tales. My friends were shocked when I said "I was nervous as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rockers" (about going on a blind date) and I am from New Mexico.
Some of my favorites:
"Happy as a two-peckered puppy"
"Madder than a wet hen" (my mom used to say this)
"Fussier than a colicky baby" (women taking too long getting ready)
"Useless as **** on a boar"
I have a bunch more but am drawing a total blank. I will probably remember them at 2 am. :0D
