See my answers to ´period and headaches´ and
´irregularity´ in women´s health and do the self test at dr. crook´s website for Candida. Why because period stuff is often caused by gut dysbiosis since Candida infects tummy tissue the most and so is impacting on the womb as well. Hope this helps, good luck. Also: have Sage tea and nibble on fresh parsley to get the womb lining healthy.

First, I have to ask: have you started birth control recently? If you have, this is normal. If you haven't, this is normal. Wait a few months and if anything drastic happens (you get a rash, the bleeding is heavy and persists for longer than 8 days, or the blood is accompanied by a yellow/green discharge) see your doctor immediately. I had the same problem and within two months, the problem fixed itself. God bless.

Keep a record of all you cycles find out if there is a pattern going on. Sometimes if you are under a Lot of stress you body will do weird things. Keep a record of how long, how much, what color and how many pads etc you use a day. That way if it continues you can a good record to give to the doctor. If you are young and have not had many cycles your body can be just getting used to all the changes. Do yourself a favor and keep track.
Good Luck

I suggest keeping track of your cycles for future reference. I use a free online calendar (you can also pay for premium service) at www.mymonthlycycles.com . If you are not experiencing any pain or other symptoms, I feel your spotting is not abnormal at this point. If it continues or becomes erratic (not simply the day after you period) I would seriously consider visiting your physician to rule out any chance of infection or disease.

Yes, don't worry. It's just your body getting rid of the rest of the blood. Normal.
