You shouldn't have to sacrifice, but compromise is important.
The easiest way to make love last is really simple. Treat the one you love like they're the most important thing in the world to you. They'll do the same for you - you'll be amazed at how much better your relationship gets.

Alot of times love can last without sacrifice because the couple isnt so afraid that the other will decieve them.

This is not only true for love, but for anything in life. If you consider this as sacrifcing, the answer to your question is no. To me it is more compromise than sacrifice.

When a male love female she is certainly sacrificing her life integrity for the better half and therefor male is expected to pacifies for her in the life. This is love and not sex satisfaction.

sacrifice for ur loved one betterment is not a sacrifice, just it is care for other to whom u love. u quit becoz of her/his goodone, u pray for his/her happy life. So love never ends, it always flame.
