Ethanol and Carbon Dioxide. OMG global warming. We should get some genetically modified yeast that will give ethanol and oxygen instead!

This process is called zymurgy.

Came across it once looking through a real, hardcover, dictionary. Was one of the last words in the dictionary.

OOO Is this for IB? Because that'd be awfully ironic. I am currently writing a lab report on this experiment as well, except we used lactose, glucose, sucrose, and water. Let me know if you find anything because I am in desperate need of some outside sources.
