why was it such a big deal to evry1 for the black pearl to have their life backo couldnt will just give them a little of his blood and just end it all

The problem was that they SPENT all the Aztec gold before they realized that they were cursed. In the movie, the spent 10 years or so hunting down and returning every piece that needed to be put back into the chest, and just found the LAST gold coin on Elizabeth.

so they could finally die. The crew of the Black Pearl was cursed for stealing the gold of some pirate. The curse was they are live forever even after they were dead.

Um, isn't this what they did? When Barbosa was going to take Elizabeth "Turner's" blood, he just cut her hand and dripped a few drops in.
The pirates wanted to kill Will because THEY'RE PIRATES.
