"I am Free because i know that i alone am morally responsible for everything i do"

Based on your reading and understanding of the first two scenes of Macbeth, to what extent is Macbeth responsible for the events in the play thus far? How much control does Macbeth have over what happens to him and to others? What role do the Weird Sisters (witches) and Lady Macbeth play in these events? Is it Macbeth's fate to becoem king or does his own free will play a significant role?

I have to write this essay but i have no idea what examples to use =/

any help would be nice, not asking u to write me the essay just maybe if you have some ideas?

It is Lady M. who bolsters up his courage when he is feeling wobbly - "Screw up your courage to the sticking -place" Macbeth wants to be king, but the way he goes about it is down to his own free will - he chooses to do what he does.
