STOP! WAIT!

There are 2 things that you need to hear first.

1. You don't actually say you're having sex, so I'm going to address the question you asked first. The FEAR of pain. It doesn't matter what you are doing, sex or anything, if FEAR is causing you to hesitate any activity, you need to address that as a real problem.

If there is pain, that is a sign something may be wrong. If it is your first time at sex and you have a particularly strong Hymen, that is something you can have a gyn doctor help you with. If there isn't any pain, but you are getting gun-shy because you anticipate pain, be brave and worry about pain AFTER you feel pain.

2. Pain during sex is not normal, and many people's answer's here should have shown you that. I am surprised you ask the question before going to see you OB/GYN. I am assuming you are too young to be consulting your mother. But, you can still ask her for you to see a OB/GYN by yourself. And, thus you meet the Physican patient privlege of privacy. So, go, before you get scarred for life.

You wait until you are with someone who will be gentle with you. Sex doesn't hurt unless you want it to and that is not what your question is about. Light candles, play Rod Stewart or Barry White, have a glass of wine, have him/her give you a nice relaxing massage, maybe your back, your thighs or even your feet...Yessss! That sounds nice!

Just think of the pain your going to have when something comes out of there and something going in there wont seem so bad. You seem a little young for sex. Just wait.

Find the right partner & there should be no pain & no anxiety only complete ecstasy. I am so sorry that you have had pain - it is not supposed to be that way, that is unless you like pain.

A LOT of foreplay. But, honestly, you shouldn't experience pain during sex. Maybe you should talk to your doctor if it continues.

Take time to pleasure yourself, learn what you like. Then let your partner know what does and doesn't feel good. Sex shouldn't hurt. Unless that's what you're into :) By the question i don't think you are.
